The press brake is used to bend cold metal sheets into various geometric cross-sections of workpieces by using molds (general or special molds).

 

1.The main mechanical structure of the machine tool is composed of parts such as the frame, columns, slider, worktable, main cylinder, and backgauge. Through the finite element analysis and the optimized design of 3D software, the structural strength and stiffness of each main component can be fully guaranteed.
 

2.The internal stress of the welded parts can be eliminated through tempering and vibratory stress relief.
 

3.The oil cylinders installed on both sides adopt a closed-loop control mode composed of German electro-hydraulic servo valves and imported grating scales, breaking through the traditional stroke control mode of the mechanical stop press brake. This ensures the high precision of the slider position, accurate and stable operation, and high bending precision.
