TDF flange forming machine has two sides, one side is to make flange shape, another side is to make clip shape. Besides, we also can customize both sides to make flange shape. Flange height usually is 35±0.5mm, but 20,25,30mm also can be customized. This machine is very easy operated on site and in factory. Standard machine T-12 can make max 1.2mm thickness galvanized sheet and max 0.7mm stainless steel, T-15 can make max 1.5mm thickness galvanized sheet and max 1.0mm stainless steel. Usually it's enough for air duct flange making, but if you have any other requirement, we have professional engineer who can help you.

5. What's your package?
There're two package methods. One method is that machines will be fixed directly in a whole container without wooden box when total machines dimensions need a container, in this situation, machines will be transported by FCL (full container load). Another method is that machines will be packaged with wooden box when total machines dimensions are small which does not need a whole container, in this situation, machines will be transported by LCL (less than container load). Both of these two package methods are safe.
